New Mexico Code § 24-5-15

Any person reporting, receiving, using or disclosing information to or from the
immunization registry as authorized by the Immunization Act or by any rule adopted
pursuant to that act shall not be liable for civil damages of any kind connected with such
submission, use or disclosure of immunization information.
