By December 31, 2021, the secretary of health shall adopt and promulgate amended rules to carry out the provisions of the Maternal Mortality and Morbidity Prevention Act.
History: Laws 2019, ch. 41, § 5; 2021, ch. 40, § 5.
The 2021 amendment, effective June 18, 2021, required the secretary of health, by December 31, 2021, to adopt and promulgate amended rules to carry out the provisions of the Maternal Mortality and Morbidity Prevention Act; and after "December 31", changed "2019" to "2021", after "promulgate", added "amended", and after "Morbidity", added "Prevention".
