Chapter 24, Article 28 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Bone Marrow and Organ Donor Act". History: Laws 2007, ch. 159, § 1; 2019, ch. 112, § 1. The 2019 amendment, effective June 14, 2019, changed "This act" to "Chapter 24, Article 28 NMSA 1978".
