Chapter 24, Article 27 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Umbilical Cord Blood Banking Act". History: Laws 2005, ch. 43, § 1; 2008, ch. 9, § 1. The 2008 amendment, effective May 14, 2008, added the statutory reference.
