This act [24-24-1 to 24-24-4 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Child Care Facility Loan Act". History: Laws 2003, ch. 316, § 1. Emergency clauses. — Laws 2003, ch. 316, § 5 contained an emergency clause and was approved April 8, 2003.
