This act [24-1H-1 to 24-1H-5 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Bernalillo County Off-Reservation Native American Health Commission Act". History: Laws 2008, ch. 79, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2008, ch. ch. 79, § 6 made the Bernalillo County Off-Reservation Native American Health Commission Act effective July 1, 2008.
