Chapter 24, Article 1C NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Primary Care Capital Funding Act". History: Laws 1994, ch. 62, § 7; 1997, ch. 230, § 1. The 1997 amendment, effective June 20, 1997, substituted "Chapter 24, Article 1C NMSA 1978" for "Sections 7 through 16 of this act".
