Chapter 24, Article 19 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Children's Trust Fund Act". History: Laws 1986, ch. 15, § 1; 2005, ch. 65, § 1. The 2005 amendment, effective June 17, 2005, changed the statutory reference for the act.
