The secretary of health shall appoint a health information system advisory committee to advise the department in carrying out the provisions of the Health Information System Act. The secretary shall establish the membership and duties of the committee by rule. History: Laws 2015, ch. 121, § 4. Effective dates. — Laws 2015, ch. 121 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 19, 2015, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
