New Mexico Code § 24-10-6

Blood donation; minors

A. A minor who is at least seventeen years of age may donate blood to a licensed,
accredited or approved blood bank, storage facility or hospital without parental consent.
B. A minor shall not receive monetary payment from a licensed, accredited or
approved blood bank, storage facility or hospital for a donation of blood or blood
components.
