ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 133, § 6 repealed 23-4-4 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1974 (1st S.S.), ch. 2, § 5, relating to payment of charges at the veterans' center, effective June 19, 1987.
