The board of regents of the university of New Mexico shall appoint and consult with an advisory group consisting of at least three parents of children with a chronic impairment and two health professionals.

Salary not authorized. — Public officers are not entitled to a salary unless it is authorized by statute, and there is no such authorization for the directors of Carrie Tingley crippled children's hospital in Laws 1937, ch. 13. 1938 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 38-2036 (rendered prior to law).
