Chapter 22, Article 8B NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Charter Schools Act". History: Laws 1999, ch. 281, § 1; 2005, ch. 221, § 1; 2006, ch. 94, § 26. The 2006 amendment, effective July 1, 2007, changed "1999 Charter Schools Act" to "Charter Schools Act". The 2005 amendment, effective July 1, 2005, changed the statutory reference to the act.
