This act [22-3B-1 to 22-3B-16 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "2021 Educational Redistricting Act". History: Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 3, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 3 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective March 17, 2022, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
