Chapter 22, Article 29 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Public School Insurance Authority Act". Repeals and reenactments. — Laws 1986, ch. 94, § 1 repealed former 22-2-6.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1985, ch. 237, § 1, relating to group insurance for public schools, and enacted a new section. The 2005 amendment, effective April 6, 2005, added the statutory reference to the act. The Public School Insurance Authority is a state agency for purposes of the state budget laws. 1990 Op.
