Students in the public schools may voluntarily engage in student-initiated moments of silent meditation. History: Laws 1995, ch. 72, § 3. Severability. — Laws 1995, ch. 72, § 4 provided that if any part or application of the Meditation in Public School Act is held invalid, the remainder or its application to other situations or persons shall not be affected.
