Chapter 22, Article 26 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Public School Buildings Act". History: Laws 1983, ch. 163, § 1; 2007, ch. 366, § 18. The 2007 amendment, effective July 1, 2007, changed the statutory reference to the act.
