ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 2003, ch. 153, § 73 repealed 22-2-8.9 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 2001, ch. 165, § 1, relating to reading enhancement for public school students not reading at grade level, effective April 4, 2003.
