ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 2003, ch. 153, § 73 repealed 22-2-18 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1993, ch. 168, § 2, relating to development of a program to provide alternative opportunities to at-risk students, effective April 4, 2003.
