This act [22-19B-1 to 22-19B-9 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "School District Bond Anticipation Notes Act". History: Laws 2002, ch. 54, § 1. Emergency clauses. — Laws 2002, ch. 54, § 11 contained an emergency clause and was approved March 4, 2002.
