Chapter 22, Article 17 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Emergency Transportation Act". History: 1953 Comp., § 77-14A-1, enacted by Laws 1974, ch. 38, § 1; 2023, ch. 100, § 8. The 2023 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, changed "Sections 1 through 4 of this act" to "Chapter 22, Article 17 NMSA 1978".
