Chapter 22, Article 15A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Digital Equity in Education Act". History: Laws 1994, ch. 96, § 1; 2005, ch. 222, § 1; 2023, ch. 161, § 1. The 2023 amendment, effective July 1, 2023, renamed the Technology for Education Act to the Digital Equity in Education Act; and deleted "Technology for" and added "Digital Equity in". The 2005 amendment, effective June 17, 2005, added the statutory reference of the act.
