A. The department is the governing authority and shall establish policies for the conduct of all programs of the state and state plans established relating to vocational rehabilitation, unless otherwise provided by law. B. The department is the sole agency of the state for the administration or for the supervision of the administration of any state plan relating to vocational rehabilitation, or for any federal aid funds, except as may otherwise be provided by law. History: Laws 2005, ch. 328, § 2. Effective dates. — Laws 2005, ch. 328 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 17, 2005, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
