In the absence of specific provisions to the contrary, no law of this state regulating insurance policies, insurance companies or banking institutions shall apply to the administration of the Educational Retirement Act. History: 1953 Comp., § 77-9-43, enacted by Laws 1967, ch. 16, § 166.
