A member receiving disability benefits upon attaining the age of sixty years shall be considered as retiring pursuant to the Educational Retirement Act at the rate of benefits received for the disability. History: 1953 Comp., § 77-9-38, enacted by Laws 1967, ch. 16, § 161.
