This act [22-10B-1 to 22-10B-9 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Teacher Residency Act". History: Laws 2020, ch. 25, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2020, ch. 25 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 20, 2020, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
