Repeals. — Laws 2003, ch. 153, § 73 repealed 22-10-3.4 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1997, ch. 238, § 2, relating to known convictions, reporting requirements, limited immunity from liability and penalty for failure to report, effective April 4, 2003.
