ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1986, ch. 33, § 33 repealed 22-10-15 NMSA 1978, as amended by Laws 1975, ch. 306, § 11, relating to the procedure to be followed by a local school board or the governing body of a state agency in refusing to reemploy a certified school instructor with tenure rights. For present comparable provisions, see 22-10A-24 and 22- 10A-25 NMSA 1978.
