duties. The "international business facilitation center" is established at the college of business administration and economics, New Mexico state university. The purpose of the center shall be to: A. collect and analyze information about production-sharing opportunities with Mexican and international industries and provide that information to New Mexico businesses; B. assist New Mexico businesses with research and informational services concerning development of and participation in international trade flows; C. promote linkages between New Mexican businesses and Mexican and international industries in the American free trade zone; and D. utilize the resources of all public post-secondary institutions in New Mexico to develop skills necessary to compete in international markets.
