The center for telehealth at the university of New Mexico shall be named the "Stephen Easley telehealth videoconferencing center", after Representative Stephen Easley, who died in office on August 14, 2013. History: Laws 2015, ch. 158, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2015, ch. 158 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 19, 2015, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
