ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1999, ch. 116, § 2 repealed 21-5-8 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1915, ch. 33, § 4, relating to the penalty for violating provisions for compulsory education of the blind, effective June 18, 1999.
