Sections 1 through 6 [21-23B-1 to 21-23B-6 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Interstate Distance Education Act". History: Laws 2015, ch. 23, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2015, ch. 23 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 19, 2015, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
