This act [21-21Q-1 to 21-21Q-5 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Community Governance Attorney Act". History: Laws 2019, ch. 43, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2019, ch. 43, § 6 made Laws 2019, ch. 43 effective July 1, 2019.
