Each scholarship is for a period of one academic year. History: Laws 1988, ch. 111, § 8; 1991, ch. 262, § 14. The 1991 amendment, effective June 14, 1991, substituted "scholarship" for "fellowship" in the catchline and in the text and inserted "academic".
