Under the coordination of the commerce and industry department the educational institutions of the state, at all levels, shall cooperate in order to provide courses and programs designed to fulfill the purposes of the Travel Service Training Act. Compiler's notes. — The provisions relating to the commerce and industry department (former 9-2-1 to 9-2-13 NMSA 1978) were repealed by Laws 1983, ch. 297, § 33. For present provisions, see 9-15-1 NMSA 1978 et seq. and 9-16-1 NMSA 1978 et seq., relating to new departments which have assumed many of the functions of the commerce and industry department.
