The department shall make such rules as are necessary to carry out the provisions of the Apprenticeship Assistance Act. History: Laws 1992, ch. 93, § 6; 2024, ch. 5, § 6. The 2024 amendment, effective May 15, 2024, deleted references to regulations, and made certain technical and conforming amendments; in the section heading, deleted "and regulations"; and after "The" deleted "division" and added "department", and after "make such rules" deleted "and regulations".
