Chapter 21, Article 16 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Technical and Vocational Institute Act". History: 1953 Comp., § 73-34-1, enacted by Laws 1963, ch. 108, § 1; 1994, ch. 83, § 1. The 1994 amendment, effective May 18, 1994, substituted "Chapter 21, Article 16 NMSA 1978" for "This act".
