ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1986, ch. 24, § 11 repealed 21-1-5 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1971, ch. 235, § 2, relating to fees, fee increases, and board review, approval and report, effective February 21, 1986.
