ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1994, ch. 136, § 3 repealed 21-1-4.2 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1994, ch. 136, § 2, relating to the resident status of Native Americans at New Mexico highlands university, effective July 1, 1999.
