Repeals. — Laws 1995, ch. 224, § 29 repealed 21-1-26.4 and 21-1-26.5 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1989, ch. 381, §§ 1 and 2, relating to legislative findings and development of a statewide articulation plan, effective June 16, 1995.
