This act [20-14-1 to 20-14-3 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "National Guard Death Benefit Act". History: Laws 2023, ch. 41, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2023, ch. 41, § 4 made Laws 2023, ch. 41, § 1 effective March 30, 2023.
