Senate district thirty-three is composed of Chaves county precincts 36 and 105; Lincoln county; and Otero county precincts 10 through 14, 22 through 33, 37 through 40, 51 through 54, 56, 64 and 65. History: Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 7, § 39. Effective dates. — Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 7 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective March 17, 2022, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
