Senate district thirty-one is composed of Dona Ana county precincts 11 through 13, 15, 74 through 76, 80, 81, 97, 104, 114, 120, 152, 157 through 170, 188 and 189; and Otero county precincts 1 and 41 through 45. History: Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 7, § 37. Effective dates. — Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 7 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective March 17, 2022, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
