Representative district sixty-seven is composed of Colfax county precincts 10, 17, 18, 21 and 22; Curry county precincts 1, 3, 10 through 16, 21, 31, 32, 34, 40 and 43; Harding county; Quay county; San Miguel county precinct 15; and Union county. History: Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6, § 73. Effective dates. — Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective March 17, 2022, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
