Representative district sixty-one is composed of Lea county precincts 9, 11, 12, 14 through 17, 31, 34 through 36, 44, 50 through 55, 58, 59, 61 and 62. History: Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6, § 67. Effective dates. — Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective March 17, 2022, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
