Representative district fifty-nine is composed of Chaves county precincts 2 through 9, 11 through 18, 20 through 23, 31, 35, 36, 82 through 85 and 93. History: Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6, § 65. Effective dates. — Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective March 17, 2022, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
