Representative district thirty-seven is composed of Dona Ana county precincts 33, 34, 59, 61, 62, 67 through 70, 91, 93, 94, 102, 103, 125, 128 through 130, 137 through 139, 141, 143, 144, 175, 180 and 190. History: Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6, § 43. Effective dates. — Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective March 17, 2022, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
