Representative district thirty-four is composed of Dona Ana county precincts 13 through 17, 81, 82, 96, 97, 162 through 170, 188 and 189. History: Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6, § 40. Effective dates. — Laws 2021 (2nd S.S.), ch. 6 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective March 17, 2022, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
