ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1994, ch. 102, § 3 repealed 19-10-62 NMSA 1978 as amended by Laws 1977, ch. 249, § 16, relating to the contracting by the commissioner of public lands for oil and gas royalty accounting services, effective May 18, 1994.
