The commissioner shall establish and maintain a renewable energy office to advance the production and development of renewable energy. History: Laws 2023, ch. 13, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2023, ch. 13 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 16, 2023, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
